Two Wapping High school governors were invited to showcase the school's innovative PBL teaching methods to an international audience at an event hosted by Google last Saturday.
All students and parents will be aware of Project-Based Learning but some of you may not realise that it is an innovative approach that puts your school at the forefront of new education methods around the world.
Educators from France, the United States and India were among the audience eager to hear governors Kerstyn Comley and Jon Cheyne, accompanied by John Bosselman of the Innovation Unit, give the presentation at Google's prestigious Education on Air event on May 9th.
Using the work that WHS students have been doing in wide-ranging projects, they highlighted the dedication of staff as well as the hard work of students and the quality of learning that PBL inspires.
